The Hautapu Cemetery in Cambridge is getting a new entrance
located on Hannon Road. Works on the new entrance will start on Monday 26 June.
During this time access to the cemetery will remain from the Victoria Road
side. Once the works are completed, in approximately two weeks, Victoria Road
will be closed, and the new access will be from Hannon Road.
The entrance is being relocated for safety, to prevent congestion on a busy road and to accommodate future works on Victoria Road.
There will be minimal traffic delays and people will have access to the cemetery during the works.
