Ongoing backflow testing

Over the next year, contractors may knock on your door to ask to turn off your water supply to test backflow. This should take no longer than 30 minutes.

The backflow device stops water in the property line, running back into the council water supply. Once tested, if the backflow device is faulty, our contractors will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

The contractors involved are from Rawson’s Plumbing and will have a calling card or letter on them stating their business.
