A section of Ōhaupō Road (State High Way 3) will be temporarily closed at the Mutu Street intersection on Monday 19 June from 6am to 7pm and Tuesday 20 June until the end of the day, while we complete essential road maintenance.
Traffic heading Northbound will have access through the work site. Traffic heading Southbound will have to follow the detour via Benson Road and Bond Road, which re-joins at Ōhaupō Road (SH3).
We apologise for the short notice, however these works are crucial following emergency works that took place at the start of June.
During the works access to the affected road(s) will be restricted to ensure the safety of both residents and construction workers. Please plan for some delays in accessing the area and make arrangements to help minimise any inconvenience that the road closure may cause.
