Hazelmere Crescent will have a lane closure with one-way traffic flow from Monday 4 to Wednesday 6 December 2023 as part of the watermains renewal project. Raikes Avenue will also have a lane closure with one-way traffic flow on Thursday 7 December 2023.
Preparation works will begin on Monday 4 December, and reinstatement and concrete works will take place on Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 December.
It would help the contractors to complete the work quickly and safely, if all residents could please not park their vehicles on the street within the work zone (highlighted in green on the map).
The berm will be opened each evening; however, we ask you to please use the opposite side of the road for walking and cycling.
Please follow the signage in place and speak to one of the site staff if you need assistance. As this remains an active construction site, we ask you to please be careful when moving through the area.
