Estimate for road opening is approximately 6pm this evening.
Police are completing their investigations and the vehicle is being removed from the site. Logs are being cleared and pole works will begin once the logs are clear.

A truck has hit a power pole near Cambridge Road, Te Awamutu. Lines are down on the road. Cambridge Road will be closed between Cox Road and Long Road.
Vehicles exiting Storey Road will be turned towards Long Road. Please use Rotoorangi Road or avoid the area.
Please be patient, and take care on the roads.
