Water will be turned off to some properties on Grey Street (between Hamilton Road and King Street) and Clare Street (between Hall and Victoria Streets) on Tuesday, 21 May, between 8.30am and 2.30pm. Our crews will be connecting the new watermain, as part of our renewal programme.
If you are home, we recommend storing water for daily tasks. Once the water is turned back on, we will flush your main pipes. This can cause air bubbles to become trapped. We suggest running your outside taps for 10 - 15 minutes, capturing the water in a bucket to reuse in the garden.
