Mitchell Daysh Limited, on behalf of their client 3MS of
Cambridge GP Limited, have applied for subdivision consent to subdivide the two
properties at 32 and 32A Kelly Road, Cambridge, into four lots.
The sites are
within the Residential Zone of the Waipā District Plan and require consent for
a Non-Complying Activity. The application has been assessed under Section
95B(10) and determined to have circumstances that are unusual, resulting in the
limited notification to eight properties.
